Two-thirds of all costs relating to the treatment of cancer are non-medical, according to the American Cancer Society's Cancer Facts and Figures- 1999. Cancer insurance plans pay for cancer and 20 other specified diseases. The plans are flexible, allowing the insured to decide the amount of coverage needed within an affordable premium structure. Policies to suit individual needs: CP10, a cancer/specified disease policy with low and high benefit versions. A total of 24 benefits provided. The Heritage Provider Series has 3 levels of benefits, including a first occurrence benefit and return of premium option. The Heritage Advantage Series is available in multiple benefit levels. Section 125 qualified.

Benefits are also paid in addition to all other coverage, including Workers' Compensation. There are 9 optional riders available in addition to the base plan (may vary by state), making this an inherently flexible plan, which allows the policy to be shaped to meet the needs of the policyholder. Guaranteed renewable to age 65, subject to change in premiums by class. Section 125 qualified.
